The Thai side has not engaged in any covert installations of new boundary pillars as alleged by Cambodia. In all activities along the Thai-Cambodian border, Thailand remains firmly committed to international law, the 2000 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU 43), and every procedure outlined by the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC). Furthermore, Thailand strictly adheres to the border frameworks agreed upon in the Joint Statement of the General Border Committee (GBC) meetings.
